I am a Philadelphia-based wellness coach and consultant helping professionals manage their energy and maintain a healthy work-life equilibrium. For over a decade and in a variety of settings, I have taught yoga, meditation and wellness workshops. My corporate experience includes work in banking, management consulting to the healthcare industry and a 15-month NGO assignment in Ukraine assisting a pharmaceutical wholesaler adjust to a market economy. Some of my most valuable lessons have come from my personal life. Over the years, I’ve navigated raising children with special needs, divorce and managing chronic pain.
I hold a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. I am also certified by Yoga Alliance and Tiny Habits® Academy.

“I attended Colleen’s person development coaching workshop along with several other of my global colleagues. When I first began this coaching workshop, I was unsure how receptive everyone would be a group setting. I was pleasantly surprised when these bi-weekly calls became a highlight of my week. I was able to bond with my global colleagues in a way I previously hadn’t connected, and I came out of these coaching sessions with reflective prompts on ways to become more intentional in my productivity. I continue to use some of the strategies that Colleen provided in my day to day work and personal life. Colleen is wonderful to work with she is very intentional, and you can feel how much she cares about her clients. She is a great listener and always open to feedback on ways to continually improve her sessions. If you are looking for a calm but structured way to build your personal habits toward wellness and work productivity Colleen is your go to.”
