Managing Energy and Focus 


I design and facilitate classes to benefit employees and organizations and that move beyond basic time management tools. These strategies unlock creativity and build resiliency. I tailor classes using the Discovery Brief findings.   


I create an intentional and supportive learning environment for your employees. I provide a resource workbook for each class and can host a follow-up group coaching session to help integrate new skills and troubleshoot issues.


Each class includes: 

· A blend of reflection (inner work) with concrete behaviors (outer work) to practice

· Stories and examples to help ground concepts in real-life

· Optional movement breaks to help relieve tension and enhance cognitive focus

· Using the Tiny Habits® Method for Behavior Change

· Introduction to Mindfulness
